↓ Download Contact CardTracey Steele joined PEEPL Law in 2026 as Practice Manager and Law Clerk. She earned her Juris Doctor from St. Mary's University School of Law in 2007 and has worked in the legal field since. Under attorney supervision, she supports client matters across probate, estate planning, elder law, property law, and litigation, and oversees the firm's daily operations from PEEPL Law's Lakeway, Texas office.
Tracey earned her Juris Doctor from St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio in 2007, where she served as Vice President of the State Bar of Texas Law Student Division and received the Dean's Leadership Award. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from St. Edward's University in Austin.
Before law school, Tracey served the U.S. Secret Service in its Austin Field Office, where she received Top Secret security clearance — a vetting standard that speaks to the discretion and trust she brings to every client matter at PEEPL Law.
Since 2008, Tracey has built her career inside law firms and legal-adjacent organizations — beginning as a litigation legal assistant in Austin, then serving as a licensed agent with New York Life Insurance Company, Legal Manager at The Law Offices of Jason Trumpler in Austin, Legal Business Manager at American Heritage Railways in Durango, and Energy Land Manager at Beacon Land Management. Her work has spanned litigation support, contract drafting, regulatory compliance, title research, financial services, and team leadership.
At PEEPL Law, Tracey brings that operational depth — and a reputation for steady, trustworthy execution — to her role as Practice Manager and Law Clerk.
As Practice Manager and Law Clerk, Tracey supports PEEPL Law's attorneys with research, drafting, and case management. She works under attorney supervision and does not provide legal advice.
The “Law Clerk” title is used in its court-recognized sense (per Missouri v. Jenkins and Texas precedent including Arthur Andersen v. Perry Equipment), reflecting substantive legal work performed under attorney oversight.
Tracey's twins are enrolled in Lake Travis School District but insist on developing their own unique personalities through their sports and leadership development programs.
